How did you get on with the Arch and Curl?

Here’s your 2nd video. Yeay! Do your arch and curl first noticing if its any easier today. Then follow with the hip and waist lengthening pandiculation to get you walking more smoothly and help to get rid of hip and glute pain!

Remember the difference when doing these moves is that you close your eyes and do them really slowly with the breath never forcing the move into a stretch because you are retraining the brain to recognise how much further a muscle can lengthen without being fearful of pain!
