Don’t struggle alone to lose weight!

Research has found that a group approach makes it easier to stick with a weight-loss plan when you have support and can share tips with like-minded friends all on the same mission.

Also, dieting with a friend or two is also shown to improve success in keeping weight off. A study showed that two-thirds of those who enrolled on a weight loss programme with friends had kept their weight off six months after the meetings ended. In contrast, only a quarter of those who attended on their own had achieved that same success.
