Then have a look at the Tick List and Emotional Stress Release Technique to overcome alcohol cravings.
Keren will then send you a hypnosis recording. Listen to the hypnosis recording regularly (ideally just plug in as you are going to sleep – it’s fine if you nod off because your unconscious mind accepts the positive suggestion even whilst sleeping).
Keren will be your accountability partner so check in with her regularly to help you succeed
