Loosing and maintaining weight is about so much more than what you eat. Through the BWRT programme I have been able to focus on the reasons why I am overeating and Keren has helped me to create realistic and achievable goals. After only 2 sessions I have already seen a big difference in my behaviour and attitude and I am looking forward to the next session. I am feeling much more positive about myself and would highly recommend this programme for anyone who knows how to eat well but is still struggling to keep the weight off.’
