Christmas tip 5: our environment triggers how much we eat based on:
1 what foods available
2 portion size
3 evidence of what’s been eaten

So just shop for Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Don’t go for mega sized boxes of chocolates because they’re on offer. Dig out that special smaller plate and wine glass.
