I have followed Keren’s Slim For Good programme for a couple of years now.

I can safely say that I feel more energised, less bloated but satisfied, my skin, hair and nails are strong and healthy and I find it easy to stick to, as it’s just easy to do.
If I feel a rare blip coming on, I can contact Keren and she always manages to say the right thing.

The best bit is, my metabolic age is now about 15 years less than my actual age!

Having struggled with my weight all my life and having tried several diets from my twenties onwards, I came across Keren’s programme through a recommendation at the gym.

This eating programme has transformed my life. It’s not a diet but a complete change in mindset and way of eating for good which has really worked for me. Keren is so supportive and the additional resources, such as the hypnotherapy recordings, are invaluable.

I would definitely recommend Keren and her programmes to anyone who needs help with their weight or the daily stresses that life throws our way these days. Thank you Keren!

I joined the Slim for Good seminars in May 2019 & have gone from nearly size 20 back to my old size 16 , which at 5 ft 11 ” is good for me.

I did it a bit too enthusiastically at first, trying to change everything too quickly, but now I’ve settled down & implementing many of the things I’ve learnt and pacing myself, & feel much happier & more relaxed within myself adopting healthy eating with daily dog walks ( without a dog!!) & dance, Pilates & yoga , so it’s all about balance & doing what suits your lifestyle.
